My main Discord account has been falsely banned for alleged "ban evasion" — despite the fact that I do not have any alternate accounts.
When I attempted to appeal this decision, I was met only with automated AI responses directing me to click the "Appeal Violation" button in the Discord app — which I had already done multiple times.
After several days of waiting, I received a response claiming that "the ban was correct." This is despite having zero evidence of any ban evasion, because there are no other accounts to evade from.
It's clear that no actual human reviewed my case. For a billion-dollar company to rely entirely on AI moderation with zero human oversight is unacceptable. Discord's moderation system is fundamentally broken, and innocent users are paying the price.
